Lake Pines 2 is a hidden gem located in close proximity to lake access, bike trails and waking distance to the town centre. Recently renovated with new kitchen, brand new ensuite and living room flooring it perfect for any summer or winter stay. The kitchen, dining and loungeroom is open plan and features a smart TV, wifi, gas heating, dishwasher and new appliances including coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods. The bedrooms are all good-sized rooms with electric heating and USB power points. The main bedroom has a queen bed and renovated ensuite, bedroom two has a set of bunks and a tri bunk with a TV with Nintendo Wii and bedroom three is located downstairs with a queen bed.
The property is family-friendly and has a porta-cot (linen not provided) and high chair, large main bathroom upstairs which has a combined laundry. There is a powder room with a third toilet for your convenience downstairs.
At the rear of the property, there is a secure double garage for parking and/or equipment storage plus an additional outdoor off street parking spot.
