Welcome to Bellview 3, a beautifully appointed open plan townhouse with magnificent views over Jindabyne township and Lake Jindabyne. On the entry level you will find the open kitchen with dining overlooking the split level loungeroom which leads onto the balcony with magnificent views. There is underfloor heating in the fully equipped kitchen, wood fire place (wood not supplied) in the loungeroom, electric heating and air conditioning in bedrooms and free Wi-Fi.
As you head upstairs, you will find the main bedroom with queen bed and ensuite. Downstairs from the main living level is the remaining three large bedrooms, all with one queen and one single bed, brand new main bathroom completed in March 2022 with underfloor heating & upgrade to larger hot water system.
Additionally there is third toilet on the living level along with laundry and ski storage. Outside two allocated off-street parking bays are available.
